[Mod Request] A dorm can only contain one gang!

There is a serious issue with multiple gang members living in a dorm together, it causes constant fights as well as leaders being punished over and over, so your prison is in a constant state of rioting/high temp. So all that needs to be done is have the game never put a blue gang member with a red or green, and visa versa. Its logical and only fair for the game. Without this mod it makes dorms + gangs = 24/7 riots, i have no idea why this wasnt in the fucking game already but maybe if its finally a mod they will add it to the game.
