Simple mod not working?

Basically changed the cost of some of the reform programs to 0, as I think psychologists shouldn't get paid to sit around all day, and then ask for a bonus to actually work with the prisoners...
I also made it so that guards can escort prisoners to the necessary room for these programs.
When I activate the mod, nothing changes. No other mods are activated, either.

Have you tried activating the mod then starting a new prison - not sure if that should make a difference.

I'd also try just the cost changes without the 'Properties CanEscortStudent' - this is only used by parole and death row in the vanilla game so might be causing issues when used on a regular program

'CanEscort' wont hinder your mod, setting a price of 0 might actually be your problem here..

Yeah, I've activated the mod when starting a new prison, before and after loading an existing one, etc. None of those actions seemed to change anything, unfortunately
