How to change the workers/square ratio for prison labour?

Postby lodestar » Wed Nov 25, 2015 1:33 am

I've been using the barbershop mod, but it follows the same workers/square ratio of workshops, which is insane. You can fit 8 barber chairs and mirrors in an 8x3 room, but you can only assign two prisoners to work in there. Looking at the wiki modding guide, I can't find the property responsible for that. Any ideas?

Thanks.

My thought was always that "workers/square ratio" was dependent of the number of workable processors and move jobs, somehow...
I've not used barber, it looks cool. I've created some (wip) new rooms and my ratios seem ok for what i'm planning... But I'll certainly have a careful look into the (im)balance(!)
-So let me (or someone else) get back to you on this.

Thanks for pointing it out, I had not looked into it!
-To add: I have not seen any ratio-setting parameters for this anywhere, my guess is it's hardcoded...

I'm pretty sure it's hardcoded, there's certainly no config anywhere in the game that I've seen for changing it.

That's unfortunate. Is there any official channel to post a feature request for that?
