Update 1 diffs

I finally got round to updating the modding API docs with files from Update 1 and the diffs can now be found online:

Note: I also added a few additional files that can be modded so not everything shown at the URL above is new or changed.

* biographies.txt - new female names added, gang member chances increased by 10
* interface.spritebank - 3 new sprites added: RoomDomitory, RoomFamilyCell, RoomNursery
* materials.txt - new objects: BunkBed, Crib, PlayMat; new rooms: Dormitory, FamilyCell, Nursery; and some new settings (see later)
* needs.txt - new needs: BabySleep, BabyPlay; providers added/updated for Sleep (eg. bunk beds), BabySleep (eg. crib) and BabyPlay (eg. play mat)

New stuff in materials.txt:

Properties WomenOnly -- women only
Properties MothersOnly -- mothers only
Properties Housing -- prisoner housing (eg. cell, dormitory, etc)
Properties QualityGraded -- room grading active (see Grading below)
Properties DiningArea -- can be used for eating (eg. canteen, nursery)

For QualityGraded, you also need to define Gradings, of which there are several 'flavours':

BEGIN Grading Type RoomSize Size 6 END
BEGIN Grading Type OutsideWindow Stackable true END
BEGIN Grading Type Item Id OfficeDesk END

The RoomSize grading is generally repeated 3 times, with sizes 6, 9 and 16. I assume the size relates to number of map tiles (squares) covered by the room. The `Stackable` setting determines if the associated grading can be stacked, eg. each outside window on a room will improve the room grading?

Weapons now have a new Ammo setting, which defines number of uses before they become useless:

Ammo 6

SubMachineGun has most ammo: 30.

Also, a new 'OutOfAmmo' sound has been added to sounds.txt.

Thanks for summing it all up; I had 2 mods hit by the sudden changes...
-Honestly why doesn't introversion communicate what they update :S

Biographies clashed at {Crimes Upgrade} and my brand new Kitchen Tweak was not appetizing all of a sudden...
It didn't help me being away abroad....

Getting full feature change documentation with the updates is definitely something I should mention in the AMA on dec 3!
-Why not have a development driven topic here, explaining all with a bit more detail... so friggin lazy!

Anywho, I survived the confusion. Thanks again for getting the changes published!!
If I find something not mentioned, I'll let you know, but you got all I noticed so far and more :D

I've not yet investigated to see what Lua scripting API changes have been made, so that is likely where some new stuff can be found (although it will likely be as broken in many ways, which is why I've not put in the effort to investigate it).

Here's one thing I just noticed in materials.txt - the way bunk beds work...
