Hi everyone! I'm new to the forums, so I hope I posted this in the correct section. However, I've been finding the gang riots caused by gang leaders being punished are a bit too much for me. I want there to be a temperature increase, but I just don't want there to be a full-blown riot every time the gang leader does something wrong. Is there anything I can change in the save file to fit it to my specifications? Thanks!

What you're looking for is the file which contains NPC values - a save file only consists of the world data itself, not the character definitions. Anyone do any work on that or know where to look?
