Update on my *optional* mod wip for names in tooltips;
Am busy lining up names, have allot, I mean a sick lot of names scrapped from 'most common names in ...'-queries..
The resulting names will be very random... (I think I already have the base game name-generator beat.)

-Some (selected 'classy'-) females may get double last names (because they are married snobs irl and fun to have extra randomness)

-Lt. / 2nd Lt. / 1st Lt.

Not going to make the script too complicated, but over time a Guard should climb the ranks... (todo)
->Must avoid everyone being promoted to 1st or 2nd's in classes. -> If a 'slot' in the hierarchy 'opens up' the most senior eligible staff member will have to be elevated!
edit: I will likely try to script the event of a guard going up in rank; going to the warden or chief(?) for a small rank-up-'ceremony'
-with a joyful sound
-maybe a small flashing icon

You guys have any other ideas specific to names?
-So yeah, in title only I will be giving them names and ranks... any ideas you want added?

I am doing it with a small new desk prop; I've called it the "Rolodex" !
(It's an un-referenced/used game sprite made tiny to fit on a desk... It sort of looks like a scheduler of some sort; directly above the "CircuitBoardBreaker" at bottom row of Objects.png)
It's description is saying to put it on the Warden's desk... I have thought of creating a secretary (replacing or using the prop)...
But for now the prop is running a script that checks/updates 1 staff-type every 5.0 ticks!
Should be done/out in a week or so
(Am currently also busy on an small updates to "Paints..." and "Mini...". A Few separate tweaks for trees, workshops and canteens... And juggling some other prototypes... Not been busy on Surgery, come to think of it

To be honest because there is no added skill or strength coupled to the promotions, the mod will be amusing mostly....
The only boost I can give the higher ranked staff atm is maybe to energy... But was thinking of making cigarettes cause a small boost to energy already... What do you thinks possible/best?
I'd love to add a new managing staff, but because of the (unpatched?) mod-limit; I'd feel obliged to reuse a sprite from the game. Using the game sprites in most of my current ones, as I max-out otherwise on my own mods alone
Rightnow adding a new HR manager wouldn't add much; currently the script makes sure either a warden or chief is right around and ready to be present for a cued promotion event.
Plus delaying the mod much further would be a shame atm... After I release we could think of ways to give ranked staff some new activities;
-I was thinking of (later) adding in that top-brass meet up with the Chief regularly for a meeting...
-I've been tinkering with a meeting room and a conference room. (The conference room will be for staff training and the setting for my "scared straight"-program! I'd also like there to be maybe an infrequent event option of having to organize / host a conference periodically... or press-conferences... but haven't thought it out completely just yet)
