[Modding Question] Research.txt

I noticed that when you unlock Legal Defence, the adviser shows up. Looking in the game files, I saw this:

research_legaldefense_adviser1          It looks like your lawyer has filed some paperwork that is protecting you from the consequences of this mess. I guess that means I can't fire you. This time.
research_legaldefense_adviser2          Get your prison in order, quickly, and make sure it stays in line. That trick won't work again and it won't protect you forever.
That code is what the adviser says.

If I make a new Research called for example Prisoner Needs, is there any way I can get the adviser to show up with a message I choose?
I already tried:

research_prisonerneeds_adviser1         You have successfully unlocked something. Congratulations!
It doesn't work.
Does anyone know how to do it?

Possibly, but only via grants.lua or a campaign scenario script. There's some infos in the devwiki: http://devwiki.introversion.co.uk/pa/index.php/Lua

Yeah, I think this is only possible in scenarios atm... I would love it if statements from grants.txt for advisers would work in sandbox, but don't think you can atm....
