[MOD] Wired Prisoner Level Changers

[JASPer.Gamer.9.0]

Adds six new wired utility objects, one for each category (including Death Row).

First, unlock Security.
Then, wire a Pressure Plate or Power Switch to one of the prisoner level changers.
Lastly, watch as how nearby prisoners instantly change level.
