[HELP] How do I upload my mod on steam workshop?

I made a mod translation and now want to publish it on steam workshop, tried to find in several places and not think as I do that anywhere.
help me please

i had to find out how and its sooooo... easy lol
place your mod in the hidden mod folder and start the game via steam
Goto Extras and then to mods and select your mod, then look at the bottom right below your mod info and its that easy

but as my mod is not available for other people to download in steam workshop
