What would be the worst thing to have in your prison?

Yeah; you're right: A place full of guns which prisoners can easily come to to practise their shooting and fighting skills.
And yes: That's exactly the thing this mod does. . .

After you've done the proper research you can let your guards do their tazer course in the gunrange, and you can teach prisoners how to shoot. It's best to keep this place guarded?

- short, medium, long and close combat practise ranges
- extra huge amount of stealable contraband
- reformprograms teaching how to shoot in different disciplines
- need providers in shooting for excercise and freedom

Don't really see a point with a gun range inside a prison . If you wanna break the game and it seems like its intended to make the risk of failure raise allot. Well done. But i rather see you add tornados instead

sirNoolas actually makes some of the best and game relevant mods out there. This, IMO, is just a spoof mod, something fun and crazy to have fun with.

I know I'm not saying he does bad mods at all. I just thought this was a totally unnecessary mod in a prison game. But sure go ahead and do whatever you want.
