With this mod You can make it all possible. Prisoners now wan't to get shaved and they want to have their hair cut by a barber.

The thing is: external teachers are very expensive, and your security chief happens do hairsculpting in his free time, so he offers to give haircutting classes for a very small bonus. Obviously your direct answer is yes!

features:
- prisoners have a haircut need
- prisoners can get their hair cut or get shaved
- prisoners can get a full body shave for which they have to sign up through reform
- prisoners can be educated to barbers
- your chief gives you inexpensive haircutting classes in return for a small bonus
- doing some weird manufacturing process using hair (prisoners can now make food out of hair...... .. .. .)(wut?)
