Town Mod(Alpha 24)

As many of you know, I was developing Town Mod months ago. I stopped for a while due to game's terrible performance and its frequent updates which I had no time to continue the mod.

Now, the newest alpha release which feature little new features to the base game and a lot new modding support, I continued the town mod development.
