Did you make sure the sailable was the right size and format? Defcon only accepts certain bitmaps.

Hmm... I will see what I can do. However there is still the big problem of actually having Hawaii appear on the map as it would in real life instead of a little tab where Hawaii should be.

Successfully added the Falkland Islands! For obvious reasons the Falklands will be owned by Europe
