ModSuit download link is dead, can someone uplaoad it?
I just want to create few mods, and I don't really know how, so I'll be greatful if someone will give me few tips.

I read it...And yet, didn't understand a thing.
does the national borders are only in-land or even coastline?
how can I create austrlia or unit two diffrent coinitent (example: s.America and Africa)?
