What about develop a last IX° century scenario lik this:

British Empire: England, India, Pakistan, Southafrica, Egypt, Sudan, Australia, Birmania, Canada
Unites States: US, Alaska
French Empire: France, Madagascar, Indonesia, Western Africa
Russia: Almost the Defcon Russia plus Central Asia
Ottman Empire: Turkey, Southern Blakans, Arabia, Siria, Iraq
Triple Alliance: Germany (+ Angola), Italy (+ Libia, Eritrea, Somalia), Austria (Northern Balkans)

I'm unable to do it....but it's an idea...

If you can use basic Photoshop or similar and WinRar or similar you can do it. If you dont try it, your idea probably did not even convince yourself.
