Help! , longer defcon length

I'm lost trying to find a way to lengthen the defcon timers.

I play real time games with my buddies at work, and we'd like to lengthen the times for defcon 4-2, but I'm unsure how

It cannot be done, short of hacking the binaries, which will probably lead to sync errors.
