Nuclear Trains mod?

Hello everyone I am just wondering if we could get Defcon on the rails. I heard alot about the soviets nuclear trains that could fire MRBM, and I thought this would be a great mod because the only land units we have are silos,radars and airbases. Not alot is there, but still a good game though, I was wondering if anybody would like to work on my idea.

You can use the sub as a nuclear cannon. Before that you must change the travel nodes of the units, so the sub can move only on land.

We also have venicles can fire ICBMs, too bad they will never appear in game, hehe.

The sub can only fire so far, why restrict it to only to land? Giving they don't have rails to cross the seas, i don't think that would work for his idea.
