New World Order DEFCON MOD !!! The progress near total world government is almost complete, the North American Union stands strong Annexing Canada, US and Mexico. The North American Union also has strategic control over Israel, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. The European Union has expanded to include Greenland and Iceland. The Asian Pacific Union has finally been completed alongside the African Union. South America is the only remaining UN resolution. The New Soviet Empire has grown extremely strong Annexing Georgia, Afganistan, Iran and many other neighbouring countires, along with a new Cuban Missile Crisis. Defeat the New World Order!!!

That's kinda correct, the green "splotch" is actually syria, israel, lebanon & iraq. Turkey is just above that. Yes it belongs to the North American Union.
The New Soviet Empire also has control over Cuba.

Given that this topic was last active two years ago, it is quite possible (likely, even) that the domain has changed hands, and is now simply hosting a placeholder. We can probably assume further that the mod is gone, and that you will not be able to get ahold of it, unless you can find the original creator.
