DEFCON change sound

I was wondering if there was anyway to extract an .mp3 file of the sound used everytime the DEFCON level in the game changes.

All of the sounds used by Defcon are in the sounds.dat archive as .ogg files. The archive is a .rar archive, so you can extract it with something like WinRAR. You might have to change the .dat to .rar before you do so, depending on how your system is set up. Once you have the .ogg file, it is up to you to figure out what to do with it.

It would be neat to have a sound file from the Wargames movie where General Beringer announces "WE ARE AT DEFCON 1!" to play when the game actually reaches defcon 1.
