Cold War MOD

It's old mod but Czecho-Slovakia was in these years with Soviet Union

I guess the only way to have restore the Cold War mod is to start from the very beginning. I am practicing on faction set ups in the "Earth file", however I am certain much more is needed then just reassigning regional factions. For starters, the Tutorial 3rd chapter will be impossible in a Cold War setting. Another is getting the nuke targeting Berlin in the Tutorial 2nd chapter to hit Paris instead.

So far, the 4 factions I have in mind are (NATO, Warsaw Pact, China, and maybe Islamic Coalition)
