HELP! This mod doesn't allow my fleets to move anywhere. Any suggestions?

Same problem here. I can place them at the start but not move them.

So, where is this map? I don't see in on the Modlist and the link in the first post is long gone.

Nice mod, It got some problems though. I see the fleet movement already has been mentioned, but I have also seen some of my enemy's fleets on the land :/
