I would LOVE to see a mac version of the suite, i want to make a map and its a bit tough not having the money to use bootcamp and not having a windows computer to do this on.

I have a question that doesnt relate to code: HOW DOES IT WORK

I have uploaded my map, drawn the coastline, press v for save, then I copy paste coastlines.dat into my mods/mod/data/earth folder and load it up....default coastlines.

Make sure you're not using coastlines-low - to be safe, use the created file as both coastlines and coastlines-low.

Also, did you load the mod?

i feel like i'm abit late for joining in. :\

however i would love to see a MAC port, (if you need a beta tester, i am running a 2009 Mac Book Pro with snow-leopard)

i've had the game for some time now, i just now got into wanting to mod the sounds / units.

(i've tried changing the whole .bmp's in the Gui folder in the defcon app.
but they don't show up in game)
so sad.

I made it grey, kinda helped me with the blue suffering.


For the land, one would need to edit the world map picture itself.

well, the water is fine for me. but the land is a pain. i'm tempted to remove the boarder glow, and make it as dark as possible. :\ but when the silos are bunched up near cities it all gets too hectic.

they should replace the blue with White, or something lighter. [/img]
