Cool mod, but does this work with the theme of the game? You are supposed to be in a bunker controlling the war via a computer screen. Why would any military command software waste time making detailed icons? They would deliberately make the icons as simple as possible (think triangles, circles, squares, pentagons, etc) so that someone looking at the map would have no problems distingushing between icons (DEFCON already does a pretty good job at this, making the icons just complex enough to do the job). In a situation where you have little time to think, you don't want to be stuck trying to tell the difference between two things that look like cigars with wings (the V1s and fighters).

Great mod if this sort of discontinuity doesn't bother you though.
