Mouse Lag is Killing me

Hi Guys,

I have just purchased the game also and once i load a game the mouse lag is painfull. I have read some of the posts on here ( update drivers etc) but nothing seems to work. Even if i disable most of the graphics it doesn't do much better. Below are my PC's details. Any advice would be much appreciated.
