Run Time Error 75

Whenever I tried activating the mods I got, two things happen:

1. It does not happen.
2. When I tried to activate it, it opens up a message saying Run Time Error 75.

Does anybody have a solution to the problem?

What is your OS, Defcon type (Steam?), and Mod folder directory structure?
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast...
