defcon trouble

i downloaded defcon demo recently,but when i tried to click on tutorial it said tutorial starting but never started it. same thing for everything else i can't join or make a game i can't do anything but change settings.i have v 1.6 will someone help me?

Please follow the instructions in this thread and the two it links to. Specifically, we need the output of the ipconfig program and the debug.txt file from right after one of your attempts.

Yeah. And find debug.txt (use the file search function of your OS and pick the one that looks defcon related, I'll never be able to remember where they hide), strip your authkey from it, then post the rest, too.
