Introversion

Hi all, so I began playin Defcon a while ago and got my brother to download the demo. He has Windows Vista he says and he says the game is lagging a ton. even at the main screen.. I was wondering if it is just a problem with vista or what. he has the newest version (1.6) and such and his specs are as follows I have no idea what his specs are as he couldnt find a run button to run the diagnostic or whatever its called.. however I do know that he runs a game called combat arms at its highest settings very easily with NO problems what so ever.. so any suggestions?

Without hardware specs, it is really difficult to diagnose the problem. Read through this post (which is stickied at the top of this forum), and follow the directions for getting and posting diagnostic information.

In most cases this is a simple driver problem. OpenGL support in Vista drivers you get with Vista is flawed (DirectX games will run fine). So just go to the Graphics card vendor site and download a fitting driver for your hardware.
