Solved: Defcon 1.6 will not remember auth key

Quick fix: Make sure your Defcon installation folder is not writeprotected.
The above fix should allso render the administrator fix at the bottom of this post obsolete.

It all worked fine before i updated for v1.6 but since then I've had to put in the key every time i boot up the game.
Name and such are resetting as well.
I'm running Vista64 as allways and have tried a re-install a couple of times with no effect.
Anyone ever get this?
Also, trying to take a screenshot is crashing the game to desktop with a runtime error :/
This is the non steam version 1.6 and i never had this problem before.

I tried to run the game with administrator rights and it apparently solved all my problems.
