Introversion

every time i play with the computer
and i have plenty nukes left
(the enemies are completely defenseless)
the game won't end (victory timer doesn't show up!!!)
so it keeps on going forever and ever and ever....

is this a bug & can i solve this????

It's not a bug, the victory timer starts once a certain portion of the total nukes have detonated or got destroyed. So spend your leftover nukes and it will come.

You say you have plenty of nukes left at the 'end'? Well, the victory timer only kicks in when the 'Victory Trigger' value is met (I think it's called that). This value is set in the Advanced Options menu before the game is started (default is 20%).

That is, at the very beginning of the game, there are x number of nukes, let's say for easy math 100. The Victory Timer will kick in when the current number of nukes falls below 20% of 100, or when there are 19 nukes left. If you have 'plenty' at the 'end', then you must use up some more until you meet the threshold.
