Super lag in windows 7 (Solution)

I had super lag (even at the lowest resolution) right after i bought the game (and right after i installed windows 7 eternity edition) and I downloaded the latest Nvidia drivers and now I can run the game with zero lag at the highest resolution. Hope this helps.
