Defcon 1.43 - Lag, unplayable

I am attempting to play the Defcon Demo, the only problem is that the game runs insanely slow and laggy; the mouse is extremely delayed and the game stutters about... This is as soon as I launch the game.

My specs are:

Windows 7 32x
Nvidia Geforce 6150 GPU
AMD Athlon Dual Core 2.50ghz
3 gigs of Ram

This would probably be a driver issue. Do go to NVidia's site and download the latest there. You may have the driver that comes with Win7 or from Windows Update, and they may not support OpenGL properly.
