I'm having trouble trying to join games. I can go on the tutorial and I can click on "new game" and host one.
When I click on "Join game" it takes me to the server list. From there I can browse servers and see their statuses. The moment I try to connect to one of the servers the game crashes.

I get that screenshot.
I've checked my firewalls, windows is allowing it, but my Fsecure 2006 allows inbound and outbound, but it only seems to realise one inbound UDP port 5011. Apart from an IP address, it doesn't show up with anything else. I'm allowing "apllication and port" on both inbound and outbound. There also doesn't seem to be a way to add ports to the list for some reason.
The debug report I get is as follows:

I did install the latest patch, but that prevented me from doing anything in-game at all; e.g. I couldn't play the tutorial or host a new game. However, playing the v1.42 at another house on a laptop worked fine.
I have updated all drivers and my windows XP is up to date. I'm fairly sure this is just a network problem.
I'm connected via wireless modem router belkin54g model. There isnt a DOS scan or port scan feature and the UPnP is disabled. I have a virtual services thingy... it looks like this... just how do you fill it out? Oh and is there a way of not leaving your pc vulnrable as well as fix this problem?
[img][/img]
so, yeah. Everything else works fine, except this one option. I have successfully played this game on another pc (laptop to be precise) at another household on a different network.
I look forward to any help.
Can't join games, but I can click on "new game"

Like I said, my F-secure firewall only seems to realise that one port and it's a UDP (port 5011 and it's in the allowed list), so I guess that means the UDP protocols are allowed. There isn't an option to add ports to the allowed list or anything with F-secure. The windows firewall allows me to change the "scope" what ever that means, bu would that mean I'd have to enter every single IP address and ports for each server I visit?
