One key allows you to use one client at a time. You can use the same key on both machines, but only one of them will work at any one time.

The one you're on. Just to be perfectly clear
In other words, you can have defcon installed in as many PCs you like with the same key, as long as only one is running Defcon at any given time. Should you have Defcon running twice (or more) and all but the first will revert to demo mode.

the first revert demo, the second remain full?
and if the second go off, the first return full?
Is important because i don't want loose my full copy if my colleque (work-pals) accidentally start the game when I stay at home(i work only 2/3 days a week) ...
(this is only reasons for this question)

You won't "lose" the game.
If you're playing with the full game, anyone trying to authenticate using your key will revert to demo user. If you're not playing, then any computer using your key will be authenticated as a full user.
If you're playing (full), and your colleague starts the game, their game will revert to demo.
If you're not playing, and they start the game, they will be playing the full game. If you start the game while they're playing, your game will revert to demo.
By "revert to demo", I simply mean that the full game features won't be enabled until the game is started again - when no-one is using your key.
