No NukeRumble Sound

I have the German Introversion of Defcon. the game runs pretty fine. But I don`t hear the nukerumplr impact sound. If ther any solutions?

Do you get all other sounds?

I have the same problem with the german version.
I think I only hear the background sound and enemy nuke starts.
I just tried another sfx-mod without success.

Same here. I can hear every sound but not an impact sound. And the ballistic sound mod doesn't work

Most of the sounds in Defcon are extremely faint, you have to have the volume turned up quite a bit to be able to hear them.

Are you able to hear the sonar pings? Have you tried the Bass Boostmod (I consider this to be the best of the sound mods)?

Just tried it. NO sounds. Generally haven't ever heard a sonar ping or depth charges... WHY?? Is there any false data in the sound.txt?

Are running the German version as well? If so I wonder if it's a bug specific to that version.

I just installed Defcon 1.43.
I now hear the sfx but very faint and only if i zoom to maximum.
