Manual Targeting Does Not Work

This is a bug that has been discussed in several places before, but has not been formally introduced. When units are told to manually fire against other units, a number of shots equal to the number of times that the unit is told to fire will not be fired. I have made several short videos of the phenomenon, with voice overs to explain. They can all be found here:

The naming conventions for the files are as follows:

• All files start with "ManualTargeting101-" followed by a unit designation.
• The first unit designated is the attacking unit, the second is the attacked unit.
• Unit designations are as follows:
  • AA = silo in AA mode
  • B = bomber
  • BB = battleship
  • CV = carrier
  • F = fighter
  • SSN = sub
