Office mode notifications

Hi

I am using the latest version of DefCon (1.43) on windows. I've recently tried to use 'office mode', and it seems like I get the "Enemy Subs Detected" notification in the tray icon even when I'm not supposed to. For example, when moving from defcon 5 to defcon 4. I searched these forums and didn't find any reference to this. Is this a bug, am I the only person experiencing this, or do I simply misunderstand something?

It's a bug - but it's looooow priority. It's always been there.
