What means Key Not Found?

I entered my authentication key and it says ''Key not Found'', what do I have to do?

Double-check the key you entered and see if it exactly matches the one you got when you bought the game.

I have the same problem and the key is correct, triple checked and everything.any ideas out there?

The first thing to do is to make sure you actually bought the game.

Next, make sure you typed it in correctly, including all " - " marks.

If it is a STEAM version, make sure you have the updated key (I do not have STEAM, but it is my understanding that Valve will, from time to time, revoke and reissue the game key).
