codes need help asap

:( :( :( :( :cry: :cry: :x :x :x bought game online thru ambrosia, they sent me code for mac i have windows cant play full game that i paid for need new code asap, sent out email to everone two days ago still no new code helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Ambrosia Software sells the Mac version of the game. They do not sell the Windows version. The codes for the Mac version do not work with the Windows version. If you wanted a code to unlock the Windows version, you needed to buy it from Introversion, or from Valve via Steam.
