Introversion

Hello,

last diplo game I won and had over 90 nukes left and should have get the "Reserves" achievment in Steam. But I didn't get it!

It's not the first time that i don't get an achievment wich I had earned. But this times it's hard. When will I have more than the half of my nukes left and win a game?!

I also didn't get the match counted in my Steam counter (games/wins) and I also didn't get the bodycount. No kills were added to my stats

Like I said it's not the first time but this time I'm really pissed. I think I should have get the "Kill the World" achievment, too. Because I nuked over 7 billion people with last game...

Steam authentifiaction was succesfull and I didn't used mods or any custom files or customized any files by my self. I had installed DEFCON completely new today because some mods I tested had corrupted it. But I have installed it COMPLETELY new, so I don't get it why I didn't recieve stats and achievements in Steam.


Has anybody an idea what's the problem and how I can solve it?

Might wanna try Steam support. Introversion doesn't own or maintain Steam achievements, if I'm not mistaken.

Game modes may matter. Some achievements may only be granted on default games, or on games where your human opponent stayed to the end.

I've received a "lone warrior" (win a game without being in an alliance), although I didn't actually met the conditions. I guess achievement triggers were not set up properly in the first place which makes them more or less random.

Yeah, they were added in quite late (was it with 1.6?). Expect buggery.

Yes, not the first time I've recognized bugs with Steam^^

But I don't try to communicate with the so called Steam "support" about that.
If you have problems with steam: don't ask the steam support!
