Lobby sounds play during games: Vista / Realtek HD Audio

Driver version 1.65, the latest. The menu "music" never fades out and plays behind the in-game sound. No obvious issues apart from this! :)

This is still an issue with 1.71. Hasn't anyone else run into this?
