Is metaserver down ?

When I start Defcon (1.1), my authentification key isn't checked, I have no news, it didn't say if my version is the latest and I can't retrieve the server list.

So : is metaserver down ?

I have the same problem .I can't connect to the metaserver

Me too, and I and several others have been having bad connection problems leading to spoiled games.

I would like to see more involvement from the IV staff out here in the Forums. Posting FYI's, notices etc.

instead, we tread water not knowing where land is or is not.
