[Bug] Score window expands vertically infinitely when drag'd

If I drag the Score window down my screen, it begins expanding vertically. Eventually it becomes so large that the 'Show Stats' button is no longer on my screen and I can't click it.

You can easily repro this by starting the Rolling Demo and dragging the window down.

This may have something to do with my particular screen resolution; I haven't tried any others, but I'm running at 1900x1200.

I also have this, at 1600x1200. (I also had it in review-1, but there wasn't really anywhere to report it then).
