City radar question

How big is the city radar and it is getting smaller with each hit?
Has anyone an idea?

I would be surprised it if got any smaller; I think it's about the size of sub radar (?), but can't remember.

sub radar seems possible. i think it must be more radar than the city size itself. well, maybe i am going to test it out someday.
