question on tutorial video

I was wondering if there was any advanced strategy videos that could be recommended. I've scoured youtube to find one or a series but it's packed with tutorials from people who seemed to have played the tutorial in-game, played 3 games and made a tutorial video.

I will read posts here but I'd like to get some visual demonstrations of suggestions.

If you want a better quality of picture, ability to see players' orders and customable interface I advice you to watch recordings of games via dedcon.
