If you launch 6 missiles at the same time, at the same target, from the same area(so it forms a tight bunch), it will take out any city, or a silo. However, you've gotta get a good angle in respect to the defending silos. Of course, you've also gotta make sure you're not launching through/past another bunch of silos on the way to your target. If the missiles have to travel over 4+ silos, before reaching the target, it won't work. If it's a city in the middle of 6 silos, you'll prolly hit it once or twice. If it's near the edge of the silos, where the missiles are approaching, it's gone.
This is why you'll see people stacking 2 columns, of 3 silos each, north of Sao Paulo. They put it at a certain angle, because that's the path most silo missiles take and it defeats the bunched launches, from that angle.
