Fixed. In anything but Genocide scoring, you lose two points per million for the losses in Cairo, plus one point per million because you have that many fewer survivors.

On the subject of my screwed up airfields: No. None of them were full. The only one full with bombers at anytime was the unglitched airfield. The only one they landed at is my western most one. The other 3 were empty the whole game after I launched them. They REFUSED to land there, even though none of them were full, and my other airbase and carriers were full. They still had nukes there in the airfields too. Even if I manually ordered them to land, they still passed the base over. I did literally everything. They just would not land.

What had happened in the game was I had coordinated a mass attack with Dodgy (Asia) against Europe and Russia. We launched the majority of our bombers (I had launched all 44) and some subs for support and laid waste. I decided to just manually let my bombers land themselves, since there was not much risk of them running out of fuel. I figured I could just regroup them all later and rearm them. Problem was, somewhere in the midst of it, they just stopped landing at all of my airbases except the western one. Don't know what caused it or why. I was able to keep most of my bombers grounded, so only about 3-5 were in the air at once, but I just can't think of any reason why they would do that. Havn't had this glitch happen since...

Xander is completely correct, and I shall have to go and try to find some way to cope with the embarrassment.

Actually I have notice myself having a surplus of aircraft as well. It seems to occur when aircraft are returned to bases from which they did not originate. I'll try to narrow it down in future games.
