Missile Arc map
Someday I hope to compile a series of maps which illustrate the possible arcs from various continents attacking other continents.
That way, you should know who to ally with?
This a good idea Y/n?

Indeed, you can literally launch from any spot on the map, at any spot on the map...
So an arc's map, would simply be a big dotted page.

"Surely you didn't mean to press that button just then did you?"
"No, nor will i disarm the nukes."
"Oh well, I will have my Fighters shoot them down."
"Sure you will."
"Oh NOES, ITS BEEN PATCHED!!!"

I've been playing since launch day and not even I know every single trajectory.
The map would select something like three points in each country targeting one other continent to show just how far of an arc a missile could create from the closest, centermost, and furthest spot on the map.
Certainly we wouldn't have it ingame, and we wouldn't plot out EVERY point, but it would be akin to something found in a strategy guide... or in SAC HQ...

this sounds like the inverse problem of a flow map
http://graphics.stanford.edu/papers/flow_map_layout/
wanting to know the path from a to b for all sets of a and b
(rather than the width of that path)
could be an interesting viz problem
