can anyone help with theme patches???

ok, i now this isnt exactly about the new patch, but i just tried to d/l the two theme patches and i cant get them to show up on the 'themes' option in-game... can anyway give me an exact step by step on how to load them in the game please?

hey,i can't answer your question,but im havind the same problem...
ive download and putted them in the folder it requested...but i don't see any at options?
hmmm...
is it just us being n00b or?

If installed correctly go to your graphic options, it will be under themes.
