i have to say this..there is somethink i dont like about uplink...

Dont misunderstand me folks, the game it self is great, supuer..its somethink els i wona mention...

When you are on amission, specially on a change some ones uni grade or change some ones social security details..after hacking the admins username and password you come to a screan where you have to search for that the person you are required...

this is where i wana reise my point!!!

You click on the search word and the search screan pops up saying Please enter the persons name...now this is what i don't like and think is a waist of few seconds on a big mission...

To be able to enter the persons name, you have to delete the stuppid sentence Please enter the persons name and then after type the name you want to...

can't uplink come with some solutions to this problem? like the left shift + home buttons for faster deleting words???

Press escape. It deletes all text in your currently selected text box.

By the way, there is another problem with the search: It only gives results if you type the whole name and last name. Why can't I just type the first name to have results? That's the way it'd be in normal search...

Well it would make more sense to search by last, if they added that. Because almost no government type stuff don't search by first, because so many have the same name.

Well, that was my point. I mean, it can only find you someone if you write his first and last name, without any mistakes. That's annoying.

You know, wow... You're actually right on this one (no offence, ok? good). This is my opinion, the text should still be there in the next patch... or the next-next orany other patch. But when you press in the box, then the text should disappear at once. That's makes stuff easier. Right? ^_^

when you click the box just hit escape its not that hard, you guys should listen to icepick sometimes and stop bitchin over minor details. if you want it done so bad, go buy the dev cd, and learn to code c++ if you dont already know it, and do it for yourself.
