Book two download??

Postby 01mareva » Sun Aug 28, 2005 5:14 pm

Is it possible for me to download Book two anywhere? I never got the bonus disc and can't find a download copy anywhere, any links to download the content of the disc or just book two?

Absolutely. Go to http://ambrosiasw.com/ and search for Uplink. Then do to extra downloads, and you'll find uplink_extras.sit

This is basically the bonus disk, minus the executables.

Also, you'll need something that can un-sit. I know of StuffIt for windows ( http://www.stuffit.com/win/index.html ). Use a email address you use as a spam catcher. They suck at the spamming crap. But they also send the URL to the download in the mail, so make certain it's still legit.

It was not you who that was directed to. It was to bYTE-zERO for the great addition to the topic of "uhmm". What you posted, no problem with at all, you asked a sensible question.

However the edit key is your friend, no need to double post when a quick edit will suffice.

Double posts (and triple posts) were what got him his post count on the Darwinia forums.

Unfortunately there is no where that has the entire bonus disc available, at least not legally. And it's no longer available from the Introversion store. How's about I check with them, and see if they would mind if I just sent you the files with the early editions of Uplink?
